It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm James Lee, CEO of Global Travel & Business.

I'm a former airline captain with 30 years of experience, having flown the B744 and B777. Over the years, I've come to understand—firsthand—the real challenges, concerns, and day-to-day realities faced by line pilots.

At Global Travel & Business, we work with airlines across the Gulf and support Korean pilots in pursuing more competitive compensation and benefits, based on each airline's hiring needs and policies. To reduce the stress and friction of relocating to the Middle East, we also offer an optional Package Landing Care Program to help pilots and their families navigate the transition.

We go beyond simple introductions. Our focus is Total Care—from application preparation and interview/simulator readiness, to transparent offer review, pre-departure check-ins, post-arrival follow-ups, and family settlement support. When the process is managed end-to-end, career moves become more successful and relocation becomes far more stable.
