1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FlyCrew website and services operated by Global Travel & Business Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, pilots, airlines, and others who access or use our platform.

2. Description of Services

FlyCrew provides an aviation recruitment platform connecting Korean pilots with career opportunities at Middle East airlines, including but not limited to Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Riyadh Air. Our services include job board listings, pilot registration and profile management, career consultation, settlement package assistance for Middle East relocation, and related recruitment support services. We act as an intermediary between pilots and airlines and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. User Registration & Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (e) use the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted; (f) harvest or collect user information without consent; or (g) violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Pilot & Airline Responsibilities

Pilots registering on our platform must ensure all credentials, certifications, flight hours, and qualifications provided are accurate and verifiable. Any falsification of records may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. Airlines posting job opportunities must provide accurate job descriptions, compensation details, and requirements. Both parties acknowledge that FlyCrew facilitates connections but is not a party to any employment contract formed between pilots and airlines.

6. Settlement Package Services

Our Comprehensive Middle East Landing & Settlement Package Service is designed to assist pilots transitioning to Middle East-based positions. These services may include relocation guidance, housing assistance, cultural orientation, and administrative support. The scope and availability of settlement services may vary and are subject to separate agreements. We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to housing, visa processing times, or other third-party dependent services.

7. Fees & Payment

Certain services offered through FlyCrew may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you commit to any paid service. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable advance notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the FlyCrew platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Global Travel & Business Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FlyCrew, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Travel & Business Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no guarantees regarding employment placement, salary outcomes, or the accuracy of information provided by third-party airlines. Any reliance on information obtained through our platform is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea. Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
